Legislative Shadowing

Missouri FCCLA members in their junior and senior years of high school who have an interest in public policy, laws and its relation to families, careers and communities are encouraged to apply for a day of job shadowing in the Missouri General Assembly. Up to 50 FCCLA members may be chosen for this program. This program is funded through Missouri FCCLA membership dues and contributions from the Missouri Educators of Family and Consumer Sciences (MoEFACS).   

Legislative Shadowing 


 Mrs. Manning and YiaSi Huang and Vicki Martins attended the event.  The girls had a great day and memorable experience.  
  They also toured the governor's mansion, state capital, and supreme court.
