The transition process can be overwhelming and scary. Transition is the process of preparing students with disabilities to meet their post-secondary goals/ outcomes. The three areas address through transition are:
Education/ Training: This area discussed what a student will need to meet their goal. Under this area there will be tasks for each member to complete to help ensure the student meets their goal (it is a team effort).

Independent Living: This area will discuss the students independent living skills. It covers a broad range of area everything from drivers license to self-care. Under this area there will be tasks for each member to complete to help ensure the student meets their goal (it is a team effort).
