Transition

Transition is the process of moving from high school to post-secondary. This could include some type of schooling after high school that might include 2-year or 4-year colleges, trade schools, military training, or job training. This process may begin earlier than the age of 16. The school will try to meet with parents and the student to help decide what the students dreams, skills, and objectives are. To do this their may be surveys or testing done to help understand what their skills and interests are.
