The mission of the Missouri Course Access and Virtual School Program (MOCAP) is to offer Missouri students equal access to a wide range of
high quality courses, and interactive online learning that is neither time nor place dependent (
mocap.mo.gov).
Local school districts may approve online providers if they can ensure that the statutory requirements have been met. Warrensburg R-VI is a member of LAUNCH which is operated and overseen by Springfield Public Schools and offers over 180 courses for students in grades K-12.
